ALLOW TIME FOR YOUR BODY TO ADJUST
Generally, our shoes require a break-in period as new muscles are being used and alignment is being restored. We recommend breaking in your new shoes over 3-5 days, incrementally increasing the daily wear time. Start with 1-2 hours the first day, and increase daily as comfortable.
First time use may cause some initial discomfort as your body adjusts to realignment and a new way of standing and walking. Soreness in your knees, feet or arches is normal and should pass with regular use and strengthening.
If discomfort persists or increases after regular use, we recommend consulting a medical professional to ensure you have selected the appropriate footwear.
Like new condition means that the shoes are free from any permanent wear and tear or damage. For most people this means they were initially tried on and worn in a clean, indoor environment. Footwear items returned damaged or with extensive wear and tear are not entitled to refund, exchange, or store credit.
1. Fill out the Return & Exchange Form.
2. Include the “like new” shoes in their original packaging.
3. Mailed back within 60 days from when they were originally shipped (as printed on your packing slip).
Returns with an incomplete Return & Exchange Form are not eligible for refund - because we may not be able to locate your order/account! Eligible returns and exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receipt and applied to the original payment method.
Return shipping in the US is free when you use our return shipping label! Any shipping and handling fees charged on the original order are not refundable.
