At Gdefy, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to give you the best, but we understand if sometimes things don't work out. Please take a moment to go through our Returns and Exchanges guidelines.



  1. If, within 60 days of your purchase, your Gravity Defyer shoes don't meet your expectations, we're here to either replace them or provide a full refund.
  2. Website and phone orders: You've got 60 days from when we shipped your order to begin a return or exchange process.
  3. Gdefy Store purchases: Purchased from at a Gdefy store location? You also have 60 days from your date of purchase. Just bring in your receipt!
  4. Brand new item beyond 60 days? We can potentially help out with shoes that remain brand new, unopened, and unworn containing the free orthotic inserts within a year of your purchase date. Just contact us at customercare@gdefy.com for assistance.

  2. Certain shoe components, including but not limited to:

a. Shoelaces

b. Perfect fit insoles

c. Corrective fit insoles

  1. Return or Exchange Policy is only valid for shoes purchased directly from Gravity Defyer or our authorized dealers. Shoes acquired from third-party resellers are excluded. Please contact us at customercare@gdefy.com if you have any questions about a covered purchase.



  1. Gdefy Customers:

a. Start Here: Click on our Return Portal to process online, ring us up at 1-800-429-0039 for guided assistance, or email customercare@gdefy.com. We're here to help!

b. One Free Return per item: Just drop your item(s) at a Happy Returns Bar or FedEx location nearby.

c. If you use your own return shipping method, you might pay for shipping, unless we made an error. Always keep the package's tracking number.

d. Wait a Bit: We'll check in your return and process within 15 business days. If you paid for faster shipping, just remember we can't refund that.

  1. Amazon Customers:

a. At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Instead, we provide a simple refund process. After receiving your refund, you can then place a new order for the item you desire.

b. Return the shoes within 30 days of their shipment date to be eligible for a refund.

c. As soon as we receive your return, we'll initiate your refund.

d. Check your recent buys in 'Your Orders'. For gifts, click 'Return a Gift'.

e. Pick the order and hit 'Return Items'.

f. Choose which item and why you're returning it.

g. Ask for a refund.

h. Decide how you want to return it.

i. Print and attach the return label given.

j. Important: Use one label per return. Don't mix items from different orders.

k. For easy returns without a label or box:

Start the return in ‘Your Orders’ and choose the label-free option.

You'll get a QR code. Just show it and the item at the drop-off spot. No need for a box.

If you're in HI, PR, AK, GU, VI, or another country, you'll need to cover the return shipping. Just be sure to send things back within 60 days.



Money Back: After we get your item, give us 3-5 business days to process. Your refund goes back to your original payment method:

a. Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal: Give it up to 10 more business days.

b. Old card or paid with a check? We'll mail you a check. Give it up to 10 more business days.

c. Using a gift card? Keep it – that's how you'll get your refund.

d. Swap: One free exchange per item, please.



  1. At Gdefy, our commitment to quality is paramount. Should you discover material defects in your Gravity Defyer shoes or feel they don't meet the high standards of quality you anticipate within a year of the purchase date, rest assured we're here to support. This warranty is exclusively aimed at addressing issues related to workmanship and materials.
  2. Claim Process:

a. Contact us at customercare@gdefy.com or 1-800-429-0039.

b. Provide photos if possible and a detailed description of the defect.

c. If approved, we'll provide any instructions for the return or exchange process.

  1. What's Not Covered:

a. Normal wear and tear.

b. Damages caused by accidents, cleaning processes, misuse, or any alteration of the shoe.

c. Issues related to size, fit, or style preference.

d. Shoes acquired from unauthorized third-party resellers are excluded.

  1. Exchange or Refunds:

For valid and approved claims, we'll either exchange the item for the same style (subject to stock availability), or offer a refund at our discretion.

  1. Extending Beyond Returns:

This warranty serves as an added layer of assurance, extending beyond our standard returns and exchange policy, ensuring you get the best from Gdefy.

  1. Warranty Limitations:

This warranty is only valid for shoes purchased directly from Gravity Defyer or our authorized dealers. If you're uncertain about the validity of your purchase, or have other questions about the coverage, please reach out to us at customercare@gdefy.com .
