Return & Exchange Policy


We know that sometimes you need to return or exchange an item. We've made it as easy as 2 simple steps—follow the instructions below!

1. Fill out the “Return & Exchange Form” and include it with your securely packed and sealed like-new return merchandise in its original packaging; and

2. Use the pre-paid return label in your original shipment to mail your return within 30 days from when it was shipped to:

Make sure to keep a copy of your tracking number for your records!


Please note we are only able to accept returns that are:

1. Mailed back within 30 days from when they were originally shipped (as printed on your packing slip);

2. Include a fully completed Return & Exchange Form; and

3. Are in a “like new” condition and in their original packaging.

Any shipping and handling fees are not refundable, but return shipping is free for US order with included pre-paid return label. Eligible returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt and applied to the original payment method. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For purchases made by check or money order, the refund will be issued by check within 30 days of receipt. Gravity Defyer will not replace lost or stolen checks, however we will provide reasonable accommodation in cases where the postal service or other mail carrier used acknowledges that the loss or theft of the check is through their fault. Gravity Defyer will not reissue or replace expired checks. Refunds for gift returns can only be addressed to and given in the original form of payment. Gift card values used on purchases are only available for store credit if the items purchased are returned.

Returns of worn and/or damaged products, in our sole determination, are not eligible for refund.

Returns with an incomplete Return & Exchange Form are not eligible for refund.

At this time, we are only able to accept returns for purchases made directly from Gravity Defyer on GravityDefyer.com. If you purchased your Gravity Defyer products from another retail location, confirm with that retailer their return policy.

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information for all returns. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns made with or without receipts for any reason.

Shipping is free for exchanges of US orders with included pre-paid return label. Exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date they are received.

Please write clearly and legibly when identifying which item you are requesting in exchange. Gravity Defyer is not responsible for illegible Return & Exchange Forms. Exchanges requested without a complete Return & Exchange Form are not eligible for exchange, and will be processed as returns (see above).

If requesting an exchange for an item of greater value than the original purchase price, the Return and Exchange Form must contain a payment or payment method for the difference. Gravity Defyer will not automatically charge any difference to the original payment method. Exchange requests without complete payment for the difference will be processed as returns (see above).

If requesting an exchange for an item of lesser value than the original purchase price, the difference will be refunded and applied to the original payment method. For purchases made by check or money order, the refund will be issued by check within 30 days of receipt. Final sale items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Please note we are only able to accept Final Sale exchanges or store credit requests that are:

1. Mailed back within 30 days from when they were originally shipped (as printed on your packing slip); Defyer Shoes.

2. Include a fully completed Return & Exchange Form; and

3. Are in a “like new” condition and in their original packaging..

For Final Sale returns designated as “refund,” store credit will be issued via email to the email address designated on the Return & Exchange Form. Please write clearly and legibly in order to ensure your store credit is sent to the appropriate address. Gravity Defyer will not reissue credits for illegible email addresses, and is not responsible for undeliverable mail or unmonitored accounts.

Worn and/or damaged products, in our sole determination, are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Final Sale items with an incomplete Return & Exchange Form are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

We stand behind all of our footwear products, and are constantly improving our quality control and quality assurance programs. Should you find your shoes develop a material or workmanship flaw within 60 days of the shipment date, we offer a limited warranty. Keep in mind your shoes can be returned for any reason up to 30 days after shipment (some exceptions apply).

What is Covered?

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.

How Long Coverage Lasts

This warranty runs 60 days from the date of shipment (which is stamped on your order packing slip)..

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover: shoes that have been misused, abused, or altered; shoes that show excessive wear and tear; and shoes that have cuts, abrasions, or other damages. Additionally improper fit unrelated to a defect in material or workmanship are also excluded.

What Will Gravity Defyer Do?

Gravity Defyer will replace any shoes that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event a replacement of the exact style is not possible, Gravity Defyer will either replace your shoes with new shoes of a similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price, whichever you prefer.

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
