Q. What is your return policy?
A. You have 60 days from shipment to try your Gdefy shoes indoors and decide if the fit and feel are right for you. Shoes must be returned in like-new condition (unworn outside) with all original insoles and packaging for a refund or exchange.
To start a return or exchange, visit our Returns & Exchanges page and follow the step-by-step instructions with your order number (with dash) and shipping ZIP code.
Q. How can I return Gdefy shoes that were a gift?
A. If you received Gdefy shoes as a gift and they aren’t the right fit, you can exchange them for a different style, size, or color within 60 days of the original shipment date. Exchanges are for the same value as the original gift purchase. Refunds for gifts can only be processed back to the original form of payment.

Q. I lost my return label. How can I get another one?
A. Call us at 1-800-429-0039 or email customercare@gdefy.com, and we’ll re-send you the label or QR code.
