For Orders Placed Directly with Gdefy

  1. 60-Day Returns & Exchanges
    You have 60 days from shipment to return or exchange your Gdefy shoes.
    ● Try your shoes indoors only to check fit and comfort.
    ● Shoes must be returned in clean, like-new condition, with all original insoles and packaging.
  2. Free Return Shipping
    Enjoy free return shipping for each item on your order within the 60-day window. Returns are inspected at our warehouse prior to refund
  3. Easy, One-Time Exchanges
    ● You may exchange each item one time for a different size or color (same style) within 60 days. Returns are inspected at our warehouse prior to your exchange.
    ● If you’d like a different style, please select a refund and place a new order.
    ● After you select an exchange, this cannot be updated to a refund.
  4. What’s Not Returnable
    Shoes with outdoor wear, stains, damage, odors, or missing inserts/components cannot be returned or exchanged.
    ● If your return is not accepted, we will ship your item back to you.
  5. Warranty
    If your shoes have a material or workmanship defect within 60 days, we’ll replace them or issue a full refund.
    ● Normal wear and tear is not covered.
    ● If your Warranty Claim is not approved, we will ship your item back to you.

For Amazon Orders

  • All returns for Gdefy shoes purchased on Amazon must be made through Amazon’s Online Return Center within 30 days of shipment.
  • Refunds only are available for Amazon purchases (no exchanges).
  • Amazon may deduct restocking fees if items are returned outside the return window, are used, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Typical fees:
    ○ Up to 25% for minor damage
    ○ Up to 50% for severe damage or missing
    ○ Up to 100% for major issues (wrong item, empty box, etc.)
    ○ No fee for returns in original condition within the window
  • Amazon determines all timelines and refund amounts.
  • For full details, please refer to Amazon’s Return Policy or contact Amazon Customer Service directly.
  • Gdefy cannot override Amazon’s return policies.

For International Orders

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of shipment if shoes are in like-new, clean condition with all original inserts and packaging.
  • If you use our prepaid return shipping label, the cost will be shown before completing your return and will be deducted from your refund (unless we made an error).
  • Refunds of duties and taxes are at Gdefy’s discretion unless the return is due to our error.
