How do I return my GDEFY shoes?
- For fastest service, use our online returns system by visiting one of our return portals:
- Domestic
- International
- Shoes must be clean, like-new, and include all original insoles and packaging.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
- Return shipping is complimentary within the contiguous United States when you use our returns system.
- If you are located in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How do I return international orders?
- International returns are now available!
- Returns accepted within 30 days if shoes are like-new, clean, and include all original parts/packaging.
- Use the International return portal to generate a prepaid return label.
- The cost is shown before you complete your return and will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
- Refunds of duties and taxes are at Gdefy’s discretion.

Anything else I should remember?
- Return shoes within 60 days of the original shipping date.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is not accepted (due to outdoor wear, stains, damage, odors, or missing inserts/components), your item will be shipped back to you.
