Women's G-Defy Extora II Athletic Shoes
Ratings & Reviews
Great for my feet and knees
I ordered these shoes in black and white in October 2017 and they are great. I have foot and knee issues and the orthotic design helps with both. I have low arches and the shoes help to make my arches normal and I can stay on my feet longer. Unfortunately, they are slightly too small when I wear average weight socks, so I planned to order a half size larger before I take my next vacation, but size 10W isn't available now in either color. The only other complaint I have is that the spring in the right shoe started making noise when I walk and the extra depth for the heel spring makes me feel tilted forward. I'd like to have the shoes without the heel spring.
Great comfort for troubled feet

I've been wearing this sneaker for a few years now. the most comfortable one I have found after years of looking. However, its been out of stock for a long time. I will have to start a search for comfortable sneakers again.
Too narrow. And not near enough "wides" in many styles
I am 56 years old and have always worn size 10 medium in any shoe. These were very tight (too narrow) even with inserts taken out. I'm going t give them a while to stretch out. My orthotics won't fit. Order at least 1/2 size larger!!
The soles fall apart to easily.
Need a better substance to keep the sole on the shoe from falling apart.
Wonderful for heel spurs

These shoes were a gift for when I started nursing school. I was very concerned with my feet problems and having to stand and walk for long periods of time. I was 20 years old and I have a heel spur in each foot, arthritis in my toes, and my bones grew wrong in my feet. My heel spurs were to the point where it would feel as if my heels were actually burning. Even just sitting down i would have random very painful twinges in the muscles of my heels. These shoes truly felt like I was walking on air. I had literally no pain and loved putting them on. There were a little on the heavy/bulky side but I got used to it pretty quick. They never showed any signs of wear either, even after months of wearing them for hours on end every day. However, these shoes are not Jack Russell/Rat Terrier puppy proof. Which would be the reason I have been speaking of the shoes in past tense. I did just recently order two pairs of women's flats and am VERY excited for those to come in. I did not realize it until the end of the order process but if the price is scaring you, they did have an option for "3 equal payments" so there is that.

I have flat feet. With age, I have developed mobility problems with my left foot. I am now under orthopedic care and undergoing physical therapy. These shoes keep my left foot in the correct position and allow me to walk with the corrected gate I am trying to train that foot to do. I already have a white and black pair. I am ordering another white pair, just in case. After trying other shoes with negative results, I can't tell how much these mean to me. They carry on the corrections I am trying to implement and reinforce the therapy I am undergoing. I am so happy I saw the ad in "Diabetic Management".
